1.5634 / 75Ni8 (3x40x500mm)

The 1.5634/75Ni8 is a universal carbon steel, we use it as a silver component in our damask. Universally applicable, easy to process, suitable for forging, flexible steel.

Soft annealed

Composition: C:0.75% / Ni:2.0%

  • Achievable hardness: ~57 HRC
  • Hardening at 820C° in oil
  • Temper 2x one hour at 180C°
